Okay my fellow gamblers, Vegas is bearing down on us! We’re just days until my "Field of 64" delegation descends on the fabulous Palazzo and the Lagasse Stadium Sports Book for a long weekend of NCAA degeneracy and after hours debauchery.

I know that times are tough. Hell, I just took a 50% pay cut myself!! But hey, that ain't going to stop ME from going to Vegas! Sorry Barry O! I am openly defying you on this one! Vegas needs our cash, and strippers gotta eat sometime too!

In fact, I think we should just call it "Los Obamos" instead of Las Vegas.

I can already feel the warm sunshine and 70 degree desert temps of Los Obamos. I can imagine myself sitting in our leather couched, HD enclave at the Palazzo watching in VIP style! I can see the immaculate greens and fairways at Bali Hai.

Ahhhhhhh. The most wonderful time of the year!

Join my Facebook fan page Steve Czaban’s Czabe.com and post a 75 words or less "Vegas Sob Story" that sells me on why you should be on the trip. It can be anything from an out and out beg job, or a funny tale of a Vegas trip that once went awry, and must be atoned for.

Hell, if it was my golf buddy Gitter, he would tell the tale of when he went 0-11on tournament games at the betting window in 2005!

So get those entries in ASAP, The deadline is Sunday March 7th at Noon (Central). I will be selecting a winner from the submission that afternoon and we will be contacting you Monday the 8th.

It'll be like your own, personal "Selection Sunday."

From there, you can stay anywhere you like in Vegas. That's on you. Would I prefer that you stay with us at either the Palazzo or Venetian? Of course! Those hotels are easily two of the top 5 on the strip, and our package rate is fantastic.

But if you want to slum it at Circus Circus, then go ahead.

My only advice is this: don't ask for these tickets if you aren't going to use them! We will need you to book travel within 5 days or they go back into our prize hopper for third place and beyond in the contest.

Just remember: scared money don't make money, and Obama isn't running our lives.
